More information about King Coal Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah - K-Vintners

Held at a slight angle, a transition of color toward garnet red is evident at the edges of this barrel-aged wine. If you give it some air by swirling, this red wine reveals a high viscosity, which shows in strong church windows at the edge of the glass. shows wonderfully complex notes of morello cherries, blackberries, blueberries and plums in the glass. These are joined by hints of brown bread, cinnamon and dark chocolate.

This red from K-Vintners is ideal for all connoisseurs who like as little sweetness as possible in the wine. At the same time, it never shows itself to be meager or brittle, as one might naturally expect from a wine icon wine segment. On the palate, the texture of this powerful red wine is wonderfully velvety and dense. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the King Coal Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah presents itself fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this mature red wine from the Washington wine region finally inspires with considerable length. Again, hints of black cherry and black currant show. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by 22 months of aging in French oak barrels.
