The Kleine Kammer Pinot Noir from Weingut J.J. Adeneuer from the Ahr reveals a bright, light red color in the glass. The first nose of the Kleine Kammer Pinot Noir reveals notes of blackberries and violets. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel ageing and even more fruity, balsamic nuances.
The J.J. Adeneuer Kleine Kammer Pinot Noir impresses with its straightforward, dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully dense. The finish of this well-matured red wine from the Ahr wine-growing region, more precisely from Ahrweiler, finally convinces with a beautiful finish.
Vinification of Weingut J.J. Adeneuer Kleine Kammer Spätburgunder
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Noir. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weingut J.J. Adeneuer. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the elegant Kleine Kammer Pinot Noir is matured for several months in oak barrels.
