More information
The elegant La Ciboise blanc Lubéron from the pen of M. Chapoutier glides into the glass with bright pale yellow. To the nose, this M. Chapoutier white wine shows all sorts of oranges, grapefruit, honeysuckle, jasmine and lemongrass.
The La Ciboise blanc Lubéron from M. Chapoutier is ideal for all wine lovers who like it dry. However, it never shows itself barren or brittle, but round and supple. Balanced and complex, this creamy white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acidity, La Ciboise blanc Lubéron is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Rhône Valley finally thrills with considerable length. Once again, hints of lime and honeysuckle appear.
Vinification of the La Ciboise blanc Lubéron from M. Chapoutier
This balanced white wine from France is cuvée from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Ugni Blanc and Vermentino grapes. The grapes for this white wine from France, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
Food recommendation for the M. Chapoutier La Ciboise blanc Lubéron
This French wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to leek tortilla, spinach gratin with almonds or leek soup.
