Vinification of the La Estafeta Verdejo

The hand harvest for this Verdejo grapes takes place in the months of August to September. After destemming the grapes in the winery, this white wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. This preserves the fresh character of the Verdejo La Estafeta.
