More information about La Maison Bleue Hermitage AOC - Paul Jaboulet Aîné

With the Paul Jaboulet Aîné La Maison Bleue Hermitage comes a first-class red wine in the swirled glass. In this it shows a wonderfully dense, crimson color. If you give it some air in the glass by swirling, this red wine reveals a high density and richness, which is evident in clear church windows at the edge of the glass. This varietal French wine flatters in the glass wonderfully complex notes of roses and blackberries. It is joined by hints of vanilla and black cherry.

The Paul Jaboulet Aîné La Maison Bleue Hermitage presents itself to the wine lover wonderfully dry. This red wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the palate, the texture of this powerful red wine is wonderfully powerful. The final of this very ripe red wine from the wine-growing region of the Rhône Valley finally captivates with considerable reverberation.

Vinification of the Paul Jaboulet Aîné La Maison Bleue Hermitage

The basis for the powerful La Maison Bleue Hermitage from the Rhône Valley are grapes from the grape variety Syrah. La Maison Bleue Hermitage is an Old World wine through and through, as this Frenchman exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. The grapes for this red wine from France are harvested, at the time of optimal ripeness, exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the powerful La Maison Bleue Hermitage is aged for several months in oak barrels.

Food pairing for the Paul Jaboulet Aîné La Maison Bleue Hermitage

Drink this red wine from France ideally tempered at 15 - 18°C as an accompanying wine to vegetable couscous with beef meatballs, veal and onion casserole or lemon chili chicken with bulgur.
