The balanced La Miranda de Secastilla Garnacha Blanca from Spain is a single varietal wine, vinified from the Grenache Blanc grape variety. The grapes for this white wine from Spain, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and gently broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, La Miranda de Secastilla Garnacha Blanca is aged for another 4 months in oak barrels.
