More information
In the glass, the Labianca Liguria di Levante from Cantine Lunae reveals a bright light yellow color. This Italian cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of peach and ripe apple in the glass. There are also hints of elderflower.
This Italian wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally low residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. This crisp white wine is balanced and complex on the palate. The finish of this youthful wine from the Liguria wine-growing region is impressive with good length. There are again hints of ripe apple and peach.
Vinification of the Cantine Lunae Labianca Liguria di Levante
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Labianca Liguria di Levante cuvée from Cantine Lunae are Malvasia Bianca and Vermentino grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
