Vinification of Longariva Lagrein Vallagarina
This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the grape variety Lagrein. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.

This Italian wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to braised chicken in red wine, vegetable couscous with beef meatballs or roasted calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce.
