Vinification of Lancers Rosé by Lancers (De Fonseca)

This elegant rosé wine from Portugal is made from Alfrocheiro and Castelão grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
