Vinification of the Champagne Lanson Le Black Label Brut
The elegant Le Black Label Brut from France is a cuvée, vegan vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then the fermentation of the base wines takes place. After the wine is finished, Le Black Label Brut is gently harmonized.
