In the glass, Le Ciel Rosé Pays d'Oc from Les Domaines Paul Mas presents a brilliant shimmering pink color. Ideally poured into a white wine glass, this rosé wine from France presents wonderfully expressive aromas of blueberry, morello cherry, black currant and apple, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
The Le Ciel Rosé Pays d'Oc from Les Domaines Paul Mas is the right choice for all connoisseurs who like as little sweetness as possible in the wine. However, it never appears sparse or brittle, as one would naturally expect from a wine beyond the 5-euro mark. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed rosé wine is wonderfully light and crisp. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, Le Ciel Rosé Pays d'Oc flatters with a velvety mouthfeel without lacking freshness. In the finish, this rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of apple and black cherry.
Vinification of Les Domaines Paul Mas Le Ciel Rosé Pays d'Oc
The elegant Le Ciel Rosé Pays d'Oc from France is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Cinsault, Garnacha and Syrah. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
