The first nose of Le Cuvée Moscato Spumante Brut presents nuances of plums, black cherries and prunes. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by oak, cigar box and toasted barrique.

Thanks to the balanced fruit acidity, Le Cuvée Moscato Spumante Brut flatters the palate with a soft sensation without lacking in juicy liveliness. The finish of this spumante from the Marche wine-growing region is delightfully long. Once again, there are hints of plum and damson.
Vinification of Le Cuvée Moscato Spumante Brut from Rocca dei Forti
This elegant sparkling wine from Italy is made from the Muscat grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This spumante is produced using the Charmat method.
