More information
The elegant Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng sweet from the pen of Triebaumer bursts into the glass with a bright golden yellow color. This single-varietal Austrian wine presents wonderfully complex notes of apple, pear, lemon and peach in the glass. There are also hints of honey, olive and cinnamon.
The elegant Triebaumer Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng sweet shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course also due to its residual sweet taste profile. On the tongue, this balanced dessert wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp and light texture. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng sweet is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this very mature dessert wine from the Burgenland wine-growing region, more precisely from Leithaberg / Neusiedlersee-Hügelland, is ultimately delightful with a good aftertaste.
Vinification of the Triebaumer Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng sweet
This balanced dessert wine from Austria is made from the Petit Manseng grape variety. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng sweet are harvested exclusively by hand without the use of coarse and less selective harvesters. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng sweet can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
