The Le Rosé 1.5 l Magnum from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc presents itself in the glass in brilliant shimmering copper gold. Ideally poured into a white wine glass, this Old World rosé wine reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of blackberry, mulberry, blueberry and plum, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
The Le Rosé 1.5 l magnum from Domaine Paul Mas is just right for all wine connoisseurs who like it dry. However, it never appears meager or brittle. Light-footed and complex, this crisp and light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acidity, Le Rosé 1.5 l Magnum is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this ripening rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc, more precisely from Pézenas, finally convinces with considerable reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by limestone and clay.
Vinification of the Domaine Paul Mas Le Rosé 1.5 l Magnum
This elegant rosé wine from France is vinified from Caladoc, Cinsault, Garnacha and Pinot Gris grapes. In Languedoc, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for Le Rosé 1.5 l Magnum are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in concrete at controlled temperatures.
Food recommendation for the Le Rosé 1,5 l Magnum from Domaine Paul Mas
