More information
The light foot Müller Thurgau from the wine-growing region the Palatinate reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. The nose of this white wine from the Palatinate captivates with aromas of pear, apple, nashi pear and quince. It is its fruity nature that makes this wine so special.
The Tina Pfaffmann Leichtfuß Müller Thurgau presents us with an incredibly fruit-driven taste on the palate, which is not without reason due to its residually sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and complex, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Leichtfuß Müller Thurgau presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this good storable from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of quince and apple show. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess and loam join in.
Vinification of the Leichtfuß Müller Thurgau by Tina Pfaffmann
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Müller-Thurgau. Only immaculate grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Tina Pfaffmann. In the Palatinate, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay, limestone and loess. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
Food recommendation for the Tina Pfaffmann Leichtfuß Müller Thurgau
This white wine from Germany is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to coconut-lime fish curry, leek tortilla or omelet with salmon and fennel.
