The nose of this white wine from the Rheingau enchants with aromas of mirabelle, apricot, vineyard peach and peach. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Leitz Riesling presents itself as fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the winery Josef Leitz Leitz Riesling
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Riesling. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Leitz Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 3 months.
