The balanced Leonia Rosé Pomino Spumante from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Leonia Rosé Pomino Spumante are harvested exclusively by hand without the use of coarse and less selective harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the cuvée has been assembled, the wine is aged using the classic bottle fermentation method. The Castello Pomino Leonia Rosé Pomino Spumante then matures for 42 months on the lees.
