Vinification of the Les Timbes Negre Penedès from Albet I Noya
This powerful red wine from Spain is cuvée organically from the grape varieties Arinarnoa, Caladoc and Marselan. After the manual harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the powerful Les Timbes Negre Penedès is aged for several months in oak barriques.
