Lesegut Blanco - Bodegas Copaboca

The Lesegut Blanco from Copaboca is a crisp cuvée of the grape varieties Verdejo and Viura. 

The Spanish white wine shows itself in an appealing straw-yellow color with green highlights. The Lesegut Blanco convinces with a fragrant and intensely fruity bouquet of ripe gooseberries with vegetal nuances and floral hints. On the palate, this white wine from Spain is full-bodied and aromatic with a well-structured body accompanied by a subtle fruit acidity. The opulent fruit is followed by a peppery finish.

Vinification of the Vintage Blanco

After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and the resulting must is pressed after a short standing period. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, this wine is left to age on its lees (Sur Lie) for another four months.

Food recommendation for the Copaboca Vintage Blanco

Serve this white wine from Spain with fresh salads, pasta with light sauces, steamed fish and poultry, as well as Mediterranean and summer dishes. Well chilled, it makes a wonderful aperitif in the summer!
