The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Veneto. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and volcanic rock. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. The fermentation of the base wines follows. Once the cuvée has been blended, the wine is aged using the traditional method. Subsequently, the Cantina Tonello Lessini Durello Pas Dosé Riserva Ioaura matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
