In the glass, the Liebesspiel fuchtsüß from Lorenz & Söhne offers a brilliant shimmering light yellow color. The first nose of Liebesspiel fruchtsüß reveals notes of orange, pink grapefruit and lemongrass. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by sun-warmed rocks and forest floor.
Finally, the finale of this white wine from the Nahe wine-growing region, more precisely from Bad Kreuznach, delights with considerable reverberation.
Vinification of the Lorenz & Sons Liebesspiel fruuchtsüß
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Liebesspiel fruchtsüß from Lorenz & Söhne are Bacchus and Muskateller grapes. The berries for this white wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand at the time of optimal ripeness. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
Food recommendation for the Liebesspiel fruuchtsüß from Lorenz & Söhne
Drink this white wine from Germany ideally well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompaniment to chickpea curry, spaghetti with caper-tomato sauce or leek soup.
