Der Luna Nero d'Avola von Vaccaro zeigt sich im Glas in einem tiefen Rubinrot. Die Nase offenbart fruchtige Noten von reifen Kirschen, roten Beeren und einem Hauch Lakritz.

Aum Gaumen offenbart der Luna Nero d'Avola einen guten Körper und fruchtig-würzige Aromen. Abgerundet wir dieser „Rote“ aus Sizilien mit angenehmen Tanninen. Dieser Rotwein aus dem Süden Italiens zeigt eine gute Länge mit einem fruchtigen Abgang. 

Vinifikation des Luna Nero d'Avola von Vaccaro

Die Nero d'Avola Trauben erfuhren eine zweiwöchige Gärung bei ca. 26°C unter ständigem Überschwallen. Ein Teil reifte 4 Monate im Edelstahl, ein Teil im Barrique.
