The finish of this white wine from the Piedmont wine-growing region impresses with a good aftertaste.
Vinification of Maggiorina Moscato d'Asti by Massimo Rivetti
The elegant Maggiorina Moscato d'Asti from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Moscatel grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Maggiorina Moscato d'Asti is allowed to continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 4 months.
