The powerful Malbec du Clos Cahors from the pen of Jean-Luc Baldès shines into the glass with a dense purple color. With a little time in the glass, this Old World red wine presents wonderfully expressive aromas of plum, mulberry, black currant and black cherry, rounded out by green peppers, gingerbread spice and lovage.
The Jean-Luc Baldès Malbec du Clos Cahors delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Frenchman enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. In the finish, this youthful red wine from the Sud-Ouest wine-growing region finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of blackberry and plum.
