Vinification of Bodega Del Río Elorza Malbec Maria Victoria
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Malbec. For this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Bodega Del Río Elorza, only the best grape material was brought in. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and concrete at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Malbec Maria Victoria can harmonize further for 8 months on the fine lees.
