The balanced Malvasia Colli Piacentini Terramara from Italy is a single-vineyard wine, vinified from the Malvasia di Candia grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Emilia-Romagna. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Malvasia Colli Piacentini Terramara can harmonize further for 4 months on the fine lees.
