The aroma of this white wine from Calabria is characterized by notes of various red and black berries and dark fruits such as black cherries and plums. This wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with 3.5 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily require sugar. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Mantonico Bianco is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Calabria is convincing with a beautiful aftertaste. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
