The Manzoni Bianco 780 Slm from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige reveals itself in the glass in bright golden yellow. To the nose, this Vindimian Rudi white wine reveals all sorts of acacia. As if that were not already impressive, minerals are added by the expansion in stainless steel.
This Italian wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. Here it is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Italian enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. Balanced and complex, this fleshy and crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige finally delights with beautiful length. Once again, hints of acacia appear. In the finish, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils join in.
Vinification of the Vindimian Rudi Manzoni Bianco 780 Slm
The balanced Manzoni Bianco 780 Slm from Italy is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Incrocio Manzoni grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
