This Prosecco Spumante clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Valdo. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
