The basis for the powerful Maria Bobal Magnum 1.5 l in Gp from Spain are grapes from the Bobal and Merlot varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
