In the glass, Martin Waßmer's Markgräflerland Muskateller Kabinett presents a brilliantly shimmering color. This single varietal German wine flatters the glass with wonderfully expressive notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom, cherry blossom and jasmine. These are joined by hints of juniper, lovage and garrigue.
The Martin Waßmer Markgräflerland Muskateller Kabinett shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course also due to its residual sweet flavor profile. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Markgräflerland Muskateller Kabinett shows impressively fresh and lively on the palate.
Vinification of the Markgräflerland Muskateller Kabinett by Martin Waßmer
The elegant Markgräflerland Muskateller Kabinett from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Muscat grape variety. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Markgräflerland Muskateller Kabinett are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in the cellar at controlled temperatures.
