Die Fermentation und Mazeration fanden temperaturkontrolliert über einen Zeitraum von 10-12 Tagen statt. Danach wurde dieser Wein für 12 Monate in Barriques aus französischer Eiche ausgebaut, gefolgt von einer Verfeinerung in der Flasche für 6-7 Monate.
