Vinification of Marsiliano from La Sibilla
This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the grape varieties Sciascinoso, Nero d'Avola, Piedirosso and Cuvée. In Campania, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and volcanic rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the elegant Marsiliano is aged for another 8 months in oak barriques.
