With the Vallarom Marzemino comes a first-class vegan red wine in the glass. It offers a wonderfully bright ruby color. The first nose of the Marzemino reveals notes of violets. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by cinnamon and almond.
This wine impresses with its straightforward dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this Italian naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. Balanced and multifaceted, this fleshy, velvety and dense red wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige finally delights with beautiful length. There are again hints of violets. In the finish, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils join in.
Vinification of Marzemino from Vallarom
This balanced red wine from Italy is produced organically from the Marzemino grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the pressing house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Marzemino can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.

This red wine from Italy is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to duck breast with sugar snap peas, veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes or lamb stew with chickpeas and dried figs
