With the Vallarom Marzemino comes a first-class organic red wine in the glass. In it he offers a wonderfully bright, ruby color. The first nose of the Marzemino shows notes of violets. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by cinnamon and almond.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was brought to the bottle with exceptionally little residual sugar. Here it is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Italian naturally enraptures with all dryness with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully velvety, fleshy and dense. Finally, on the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige delights with beautiful length. There are again hints of violets. In the finish, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils join in.

Vinification of Vallarom's Marzemino

This balanced red wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Marzemino grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
