Vinification of Vallarom's Marzemino
This balanced red wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Marzemino grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
