Vinification of the Enguera Mas Enguera Blanco Selección Valencia D.O.
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Mas Enguera Blanco Selección Valencia D.O. from Enguera are Sauvignon Blanc, Verdil and Viognier grapes. After the harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the organically produced Mas Enguera Blanco Selección Valencia D.O. is aged for a few more months in oak barriques. Once the wine is finished, the Mas Enguera Blanco Selección Valencia D.O. is carefully harmonized.
