The light-footed Mea Rosa Liguria di Levante Rosé Cantine Lunae shines in the glass with a brilliant strawberry-pink color. This wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally low residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. The finish of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Liguria is captivating with a beautiful aftertaste. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
