Vinification of Les Vignerons de la Méditerranée Merlot

This balanced red wine from France is made from the Merlot grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Merlot is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
