This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 8.7 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this French wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the palate, the texture of this powerful red wine is wonderfully melting and velvety. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Merlot presents itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of Le Petit Fermier Merlot
This powerful red wine from France is organically vinified from the Merlot grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Merlot can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
