Vinification of the Merlot from Graf Adelmann
This balanced red wine from Germany is vinified from the Merlot grape variety. The grapes for this red wine from Germany, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
