The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of loess soil. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the wine Grüner Veltliner can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
