Vinification of the Domaine la Reze Minervois Rouge
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Cuvée Minervois Rouge from Domaine la Reze are Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes. The grapes for this red wine from France, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures.
