The bubbles of this sparkling wine appear frothy and lively in the glass. In the glass, this sparkling wine from Matheus Müller Sektkellereien offers aromas of quince, apples, nashi pear and pears, complemented by whole nut chocolate, roasted hazelnut and roasted almond. The MM Extra from Matheus Müller Sektkellereien is the right drop for all wine connoisseurs who like it dry. However, it is never dry or brittle, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by a tremendously creamy texture. In the finish, this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of the Rheingau finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of pear and nashi pear are evident. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.
