The Mollig & Zart lieblich from the Manz winery in Rheinhessen offers a brilliant purple color in the glass. Poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from Germany shows wonderfully expressive aromas of rose, plum, lilac and black cherry, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
The Mollig & Zart lieblich can rightly be described as particularly fruity and velvety, as it was vinified with a wonderfully sweet flavor profile. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied red wine is wonderfully velvety. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Mollig & Zart lieblich reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of lily and rose show.
Vinification of the Mollig & Zart lieblich from Manz Winery
The basis for the elegant Mollig & Zart lieblich from Germany are grapes from the Dornfelder grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Mollig & Zart lieblich can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Mollig & Zart lieblich is carefully harmonized.
