More information

With the Bodegas Juan Gil El Pino Monastrell comes a first-class red wine in the glass. In this it presents a wonderfully bright purple color. The nose of this red wine from Murcia captivates with hints of mulberry, blueberry, rose and lily. It is its fruity nature that makes this wine so special.

The Bodegas Juan Gil El Pino Monastrell delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. For a wine in the entry level range absolutely no matter of course, so this Spaniard enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily require residual sugar. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Murcia finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of blackberry and lilac.

Vinification of the El Pino Monastrell from Bodegas Juan Gil

This balanced red wine from Spain is made from the Monastrell and Shiraz grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, El Pino Monastrell is carefully harmonized.
