Chevalier's Monopole Blanc de Blancs Brut from the French wine-growing region of Burgundy is an aromatic, balanced and classic Crémant vinified from the Chenin Blanc, Colombard, Jacquère and Ugni Blanc grape varieties.
With a brilliant light golden color and brilliant highlights, this sparkling wine presents itself in the glass. The perlage rises to the surface in incessant, fine strings of pearls. The fine bouquet enchants the nose with fruity aromas of white-fleshed fruit - peach in particular comes to the fore - wonderfully underpinned by subtle floral notes. On the palate, this crémant presents a lush body and a balance of fruit fullness and lively acidity.
