Vinification of the Sella & Mosca Monteoro Vermentino di Gallura
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Vermentino. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Sella & Mosca. In Sardinia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on granite soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Monteoro Vermentino di Gallura can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
