Monzinger Frühlingsplätzchen Riesling Großes Gewächs 2017 - Emrich-Schönleber
The Monzinger Frühlingsplätzchen Riesling Großes Gewächs by Emrich-Schönleber fills the nose with a cool, slightly herbaceous scent of subtle yellow-fruity aromas (peach, apple, exotic fruits) and striking minerality.
On the palate it unfolds a ripe, juicy, slightly sweet fruit as well as herbal-vegetative nuances, rounded off by a delicate, lively acidity. Fine lemony tones are accentuated by a beautiful minerality and lead to a sweet, juicy aftertaste with mineral and clearly herbaceous tones. All in all a lightly grippy white wine with good persistence.
Serve it with light dishes, steamed sea and freshwater fish, cooked meat with light sauces and small domestic poultry.
This white wine exudes a scent of cool, mineral stone fruit and citrus fruit and a hint of herbal spice. In the mouth, the Durbacher Plauelrain Riesling Spätlese trocken Alte Reben from Andreas Laible is firm and clear with a fine juicy fruit. The taste is candied citrus fruit, peach, a minerality with a good grip and fresh herbs. Medium strong and very delicate in its texture, it has a lively acidity. The structure is elegant and well balanced. With a little pressure on the palate, persistence and depth, it flows into a very beautiful finale.
