Der Mortitx Negre von Vinyes Mortixt erscheint im Glas in einem tiefen Rubinrot mit einem komplexen Bouquet, das mit Aromen von saftigen Brombeeren, reifen Johannisbeeren, etwas Zedernholz und einem Hauch von Pfeffer verführt.

Am Gaumen präsentiert sichd er Mortitx Negre herrlich ausdrucksvoll, fleischig und weich. Ein fruchtbetonter Abgang wird von einer vitalen Fruchtsäure in ein präsentes Finale getragen.

Vinifikation des Mortitx Negre

Diese Cuvée aus 36% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon und 28% Syrah wird nach Rebsorten getrennt vergoren und im Edelstahltank ausgebaut.
