The light-footed Cantine Riunite Moscato Peach presents us with an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is not least due to its residual sweet taste profile. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed rosé wine is wonderfully crisp. On the finish, this rosé wine from the Emilia-Romagna wine-growing region finally delights with good length. Once again, there are hints of star fruit and mango.
Vinification of the Moscato Peach from Cantine Riunite
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Moscato Peach cuvée from Cantine Riunite is carefully selected grapes. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Moscato Peach can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Moscato Peach is carefully harmonized.
